A teenage inmate who was incarcerated by adults was raped by a prisoner who infective the Adolescent by HIV virus, according to a federal grievance which accuses the Louisiana jail of negligence. He said he doesn't know the reason his client was transferred to general inhabitance before his 18th birthday. The suit said the inmate threatened to kill the teen if he announced the rape. Hicks said the jail randomly tests inmates for HIV virus, however just if they approval.
