The suit claims Sheen threw around the n-word in a big way, once calling himself "the dumbest f****** n***** in the room." That's the day Sheen went on "Today" and revealed his HIV status. She also claims he told her the "Apocalypse" had "cleansed" her soul and he knew she'd be fine.

Doe claims that immediately after their unprotected sex, Sheen stepped out of the room to smoke. The woman claims Sheen admitted to lying previously. Doe claims Sheen instructed her to take the pills in the bag and that she would be fine. Furthermore, she claims Sheen "berated" her for not asking how he was doing. Doe claims that prior to any sexual activity between them, she asked Sheen directly if he had any sexually transmitted diseases.


Afterward, she says that Sheen told her that he was in fact HIV positive, and gave her two pills to prevent transmission. An ex-girlfriend of Charlie Sheen has filed a lawsuit accusing him of exposing her to HIV, and then dissuading her from taking antiretroviral drugs. Sheen learned he was HIV positive in 2011, and he publicly revealed it on "The Today Show" on Nov. 17, 2015. He blamed her for the exposure and told her he was "noble" for telling her about his HIV status at all. Scottine Ross, his ex-fiance, filed a similar suit in December 2015, alleging physical and emotional abuse in addition to HIV exposure.
