ShutterstockA Veterans Affairs hospital has come under fire in Tomah, WI for potentially exposing nearly 600 patients with HIV, Hepatitis B, or Hepatitis C. The culprit, one of four dentists at the facility, has been removed from treating patients after it was revealed that he wasn't cleaning instruments properly.The hospital is in process of notifying all of the dentist's veteran patients and testing them for life-threatening viruses.In addition, the hospital has offered free treatment to any veteran who turns up with one of these infections.
