Solano offers free flu shots to community at librariesFAIRFIELD — Solano County Library is partnering with the county's Public Health Services department starting this week to keep residents flu-free this fall.The free, drop-in flu clinic this week is from 1 to 4 p.m. Thursday at Rio Vista Library, 44 S. 2nd St.Other free clinics are planned from 1 to 4 p.m. Oct. 24 at Vacaville Public Library-Town Square, 1 Town Square Place; Oct. 27 at Suisun City Library, 601 Pintail Drive; Oct. 28 at Fairfield Civic Center Library, 1150 Kentucky St.; Nov. 1 at John F. Kennedy Library, 505 Santa Clara St., Vallejo; and Nov. 2 at Vacaville Public Library-Cultural Center, 1020 Ulatis Drive.For more information, visit www.solanolibrary.com.
