Rick Scott has announced Wednesday that a second case of non-travel related Zika virus has been reported in Palm Beach County.Palm Beach County two other counties, Miami-Dade and Pinellas, in having Zika virus infections confirmed as occurring locally."To date we have a total of 43 cases that are non-travel related in the entire state," Scott said.
