A five-year-old Carpentersville girl who died from influenza-linked Disorders Saturday was described as "an angel" who loved being playful & taking selfies, family & friends said. Mia Lobo was the 9th influenza-linked dying of someone 18 or younger in Illinois this season, officials said. "She was the generality loving, Pretty girl which you or I can talk to," her dad, Dominic Lobo, said. Mia's is the premier recorded influenza dying of a minor in Kane province during the 2017-18 influenza season, Kane province Health spokesman Tom Schlueter said.
