HIV virus-positive Person catched, another Person wanted in kidnap, rape of twelve year-old guy

BROOKHAVEN, Ga. — One Person is in custody & police are searching for another accused in the kidnapping & rape of a twelve year-old guy at a Brookhaven apartment complex. Kevin Walker, 46, was catched around one p.m. on Sunday at the complex, located on the 2700 block of Buford Highway. Another suspicious, 38 year-old Kelvin Armstrong, is continue being sought with police. Walker is facing charges of possession of meth, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexistbattery, reckless conduct, kidnapping, aggravated child molestation, enticing a child for indecent purposes & premier-degree cruelty to Kids. He's wanted on charges of aggravated sodomy, aggravated child molestation & premier-degree cruelty to Kids.
