In addition to this, 18,000 Ades aegypti mosquitoes were tested, including 500 from Bapunagar area in Ahmedabad where two positive cases were found.Three persons, including two women, were tested positive for the Zika virus. "Three cases have been reported from India despite none of these travelling to any other country known for presence of the Zika virus. "Epidemiology says that for every single positive case, there are 200 subclinical cases that are not reported. Since there are no symptoms of the disease, except for some viral fever like signs, should the disease we ignored so easily?
