In-N-Out Burger officials say they investigated but did not find up any indication that there were any issues at the restaurant. We are confident that our customers are safe to dine with us and will re-open once the health department completes their assessment. In an abundance of caution, we voluntarily closed the store, undertook an investigation and notified the local health department in accordance with our safety protocols.

LIVERMORE – An In-N-Out Burger restaurant temporarily shut down Wednesday after a recent group of visitors became sick after eating there, an executive for the chain said. "We are confident that our customers are safe to dine with us and will re-open once the health department completes their assessment," Warnick said. He added the chain "undertook an investigation and notified the local health department in accordance with our safety protocols."Messages left with the Alameda County Public Healthy Department were not returned. Warnick said the investigation did not uncover any issues at the restaurant, but that crews still cleaned and disinfected the entire store.
