A four-week trial will be heard at Lewes Crown Court from June 5. He then appeared before Newcastle Crown Court on Boxing Day and was remanded in custody. Darryll Rowe pleaded not guilty via videolink from HMP Durham to a series of charges during a plea and trial preparation hearing at Lewes Crown Court in East Sussex. Rowe, who is HIV positive, is accused of committing the offences by sleeping with alleged victims between October 1 2015 and January 31 last year.
Hairdresser denies infecting partners with HIV
A man accused of deliberately infecting male partners with HIV is to stand trial later this year. Daryll Rowe, 26, appeared at Lewes Crown Court via videolink charged with four counts of grievous bodily harm and four of attempted grievous bodily harm. Rowe denies all the offences and will go on trial on 5 June. Rowe, a hairdresser, of no fixed address but formerly from Edinburgh, is accused of committing the offences between October 2015 and January 2016.collected by :Lucy William
