Culex mosquitoes in the West Emory Road area of Powell have tested positive for West Nile virus, health officials said Wednesday.Knox County Health Department will spray that area between 9 p.m. and midnight Thursday, Oct. 6, weather permitting, with follow-up spraying scheduled for Oct. 20.Several other areas already are scheduled for follow-up spraying this month.
