An Illinois personal trainer is being held on $150,000 bail after being accused of knowingly transmitting HIV to three women he dated, the Chicago Tribune reports.Prosecutors claim that 46-year-old Jimmy Amutavi of Wilmette repeatedly had unprotected sex with the three women and later denied having the virus, even though he was diagnosed as early as December 2001.He is facing three counts of criminal transmission of HIV, which is a Class 2 felony, the Tribune notes.
