A 52-year-old Los Fresnos woman contracted the Zika virus in July after traveling to Mexico, according to the Cameron County Health Department.The 52-year-old woman traveled to Veracruz, said Cameron County Health Administrator Esmeralda Guajardo.The woman initially tested negative for the Zika virus; a second test was positive.
