(AP) - New Jersey health officials say they're investigating a possible outbreak of a bloodstream infection involving patients in long-term care facilities and pre-filled saline solutions.The state Health Department says it has identified two possible cases of infection involving a type of bacteria known as Burkholderia cepacia.They may be linked to pre-filled saline flushes.

Dental infection cases rose to 29 patients who underwent baby tooth root canals at the Children's Dental Group clinic in Anaheim, the county Health Care Agency said Tuesday.Spokeswoman Rachel Selleck said among the children there are 10 lab-confirmed mycobacterial infections and 19 probable.All of the children, who range in age from 3 to 9, have been hospitalized at some point.
