Fifteen of 42 mosquitoes that tested positive for West Nile virus statewide were collected in Montgomery County, the state Department of Environmental Protection said Wednesday.According to DEP: Pottstown, Conshohocken and West Conshohocken boroughs had one each; Montgomery, Springfield and Upper Merion townships had two each; and Lower Merion and Whitemarsh townships had three each.In addition to the mosquito positives, one bird in Mill Creek Township, Erie County, tested positive for the virus.
