MIAMI BEACH, FLA. (WSVN) - Florida Gov.Rick Scott announced on Friday night that health officials expanded the area of local Zika transmission in Miami Beach from Eighth Street to 63rd Street.Scott said the Florida Department of Health identified five people in the expanded area.
