Around 200 Zika Virus cases recorded in Thailand
The health ministry in Thailand said on Tuesday that the country has recorded a total number of 200 Zika cases till now since January.Thailand is now a country with one of the highest number of confirmed cases of the mosquito-borne Zika virus in the region.The health ministry made the announcements after the health experts urged the Thailand government to be more open about the threat of the Zika virus to the public.

SINGAPORE: There were no new Zika cases reported in Singapore, as at 3pm on Tuesday (Sep 13), according to the National Environment Agency's website.This is the first time since Aug 27, when the first locally transmitted case was reported here, that no new confirmed case has been reported.There remains a total of 333 confirmed cases of the virus since Aug 28, the website showed.
